BRG Circle Line Clocks — The Digital Clock That Looks Like an Analog
By BRG Precision Products | September 10, 2026 | Specialty Clocks • Circle Line
Most people find analog clocks visually appealing — the round face, the sense of time moving around a circle. But analog clocks can be hard to read quickly at a glance, especially from a distance. Most digital clocks are easy to read but look purely functional. The BRG Circle Line series gives you both: digital precision and readability in a round, 16.25″ circular format that reads like an analog clock from across the room but displays crisp, large LED digits inside the ring.
The defining feature of the Circle Line is its outer LED ring, which acts as a live seconds sweep. By default, the ring illuminates LED by LED as the seconds count up on the first pass, then extinguishes LED by LED as the next minute begins — creating a visual seconds indicator that mimics the sweeping second hand of an analog clock. Optionally, only a single LED can travel around the ring, mimicking a more traditional second-hand movement.

All Circle Line models operate on 100–240 VAC at 50–60 Hz. A white label beneath the inner display identifies the city, country, or region. User-changeable multi-color LEDs are standard, with 3X more LEDs than competing products for brighter, sharper display. Lexan clock guards are available for high-traffic environments.
Model Details
HPCR821 — Time, 4.0″ Digits, 100 ft.
The largest-digit Circle Line model. Displays Hours:Minutes in 4.0″ LEDs readable from 100 feet. Best for large rooms and wide-open spaces where maximum digit size is needed.
HPCR822 — Time, 2.5″ Digits, 75 ft.
The standard time-only Circle Line model. Displays Hours:Minutes in 2.5″ LEDs. The most versatile model for corridors, lobbies, conference rooms, and operations areas.
HPCR823 — Time and Date, 2.5″ Digits, 75 ft.
Displays time over date in a split-display format inside the ring. The date format (American or European) is configurable. Ideal for reception areas and public-facing locations where date and time together provide maximum context.
HPCR825 — Local and Zulu, 2.5″ Digits, 75 ft.
Displays two time zones — Local and Zulu (UTC) — simultaneously inside the ring, one above the other. A white label identifies the local location below the display. Designed for military and government applications where both local and Zulu time must be visible at all times.
Q: Can the seconds ring be configured to show only a single moving LED?
Yes. By default the ring illuminates LEDs cumulatively on the first pass and extinguishes them on the second. An alternate configuration shows only a single LED traveling around the ring once per second, mimicking a traditional second hand. Contact BRG to specify your preferred configuration at time of order.
The digital clock that looks like an analog. The best of both.
