BRG Take-A-Number Queue Management System

 

The BRG Take-a-Number System is like no other.  This highly flexible system includes a user-changeable-color LED display that can be re-configured to meet your specific needs.  

The user-configurable displays support 100 or 1000 waiting customers, 0 to 64 service windows, no alert tone, alert tone only, or alert tone with voice announcement, with a user changeable color LED display.  The ticket number count is maintained during power outages. The U.S. Government approved long-range wireless remote control, with 10 year battery, greatly simplifies installation and operation.  Any number of wall displays or combination of digit sizes may be deployed.  Available packages include:  user-changeable color LED display, ticket dispenser with tickets, floor or tabletop stand, and wireless remote control.  Made in the USA with a full one year warranty.

How the BRG Queue Management System Works

  • Customer obtains a ticket when entering the waiting area
  • Employee at service window presses the Next button on the wireless remote control.  The system supports up to 64 service windows
  • The wall display(s) sounds an alert tone, increments the ticket count, and announces the ticket number.  If the system is configured for multiple service windows, the service window number is also displayed and announced.
  • If the customer does not appear at the window in a short time, the employee at the window may press the Repeat button on the remote control to repeat the precious announcement, for the respective service window.  The Back button may be used to decrement the ticket count.
  • If the customer does not appear at the window, the employee presses the Next Button to announce the next ticket number and update the display.

Operation:

Pressing the window remote’s Next button increments the ticket count, and sounds an alert tone and/or voice announcement.  Pressing the Back button decrements the count without an alert sound.  Pressing the Repeat button repeats the announcement for the remote control pressed.  The Take a number display may be reconfigured at any time to one of eight standard configurations.

The BRGQ44P1 & P2 ships with the Configuration 7 as the default. 

Included instructions, will walk you through changing the display to one to the following configurations. 

When placing an order, be sure to order the correct paper ticket roll to match the configuration that you are going to use,  Configuration 1, 3, 5 & 7 use 2 digit tickets and Configuration 2, 4, 6 & 8 Use 3 Digit tickets.
