Most BRG time zone clocks arrange zones in a single horizontal row. The BRG Style 6612 takes a fundamentally different approach: zones are arranged in a grid of rows and columns, allowing 4 to 15 zones to be displayed simultaneously in a compact footprint that no single-row display can match. A 9-zone 6612 display in a 3×3 grid, for example, fits in a fraction of the horizontal wall space that a 9-zone single-row display would require.
The 6612 series is the answer for operations that need a high zone count in a limited horizontal space — or simply prefer the visual organization of a grid layout where zones can be grouped by region, theater, or operational area in rows and columns rather than left-to-right.
The Grid Layout Explained
Every 6612 model is defined by its grid dimensions — rows × columns. A 6612A, for example, is a 2-row × 3-column grid displaying 6 zones; a 6612D is a 3-row × 3-column grid displaying 9 zones. The grid layout means you can have a display that is taller but narrower than a single-row equivalent, fitting into wall spaces and installation contexts where a long horizontal run isn’t practical.
All zones use BRG’s standard bar-segment LED time displays and programmable 1.2″ or 2.0″ dot matrix zone labels, with user-changeable 7-color LEDs, OCXO accuracy, and page flipping. Every 6612 model is available on GSA Advantage.

A 12-zone single-row 6610 display spans 78+ inches wide. The 6612E shows the same 12 zones in a 3×4 grid that is 52.25″ wide and 21.25″ tall — saving nearly 26 inches of horizontal wall space while displaying the same number of zones simultaneously.
Logical Zone Grouping
The grid layout naturally lends itself to organizing zones by region or category — top row for the Americas, middle row for Europe/Africa, bottom row for Asia/Pacific — giving viewers a spatial reference for navigating the display rather than scanning a single left-to-right row.
Tall, Narrow Walls
Some walls are taller than they are wide. The 6612 series can take advantage of vertical wall space that a single-row display would waste, particularly in 3, 4, 5, and 6-row configurations.
