BRG Precision Digital Clocks are stand-alone, non-synchronized bar-segment LED clocks available in digit heights from 2.5″ to 12″, with indoor and outdoor models. They require no network connection, no master clock, and no wiring beyond a standard power cord. Just plug in and they’re running — set to the correct time and your time zone from the factory.
What Is a TCXO Oscillator?
BRG Precision Digital Clocks use a TCXO (Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillator) as their timekeeping source. The TCXO is a step up from a standard crystal oscillator — it compensates for temperature variations that cause ordinary crystals to drift, resulting in noticeably better accuracy without the cost of a full OCXO.
A TCXO-based clock is accurate to approximately ±1 second per day, or about ±1 minute per year under normal operating conditions. For applications that don’t require the ultra-high precision of an OCXO or network synchronization — a lobby clock, a break room, a warehouse, a loading dock — TCXO accuracy is more than adequate and represents an excellent value.

12 or 24 Hour Format
Configurable for either standard 12-hour or military 24-hour time display.
Black Polycarbonate or Aluminum Frame
Standard models come in an attractive black polycarbonate case. Black anodized aluminum frames are available as an option on 4″ indoor models and are standard on 8″ and 12″ units. Outdoor models use a sturdy brushed aluminum case with polycarbonate lens.
