How the BRG Queue Management System Works
The system is elegantly simple for both customers and staff:
Step 1: A customer takes a numbered ticket from the dispenser when entering the waiting area.
Step 2: When ready, the employee at the service window presses the Next button on the wireless remote control.
Step 3: The wall display sounds an alert tone, increments the ticket count, and announces the ticket number. If configured for multiple service windows, the window number is also displayed and announced.
Step 4: If the customer doesn’t appear promptly, the employee can press Repeat to reannounce the number for their specific window, or Back to decrement the count. Pressing Next moves on to the next ticket.
The count and window number are maintained during power outages — so even an unexpected interruption doesn’t lose your place in the queue.
