(ST) Serial Wire Sync Transmit Option for slave clocks

(ST) Serial Wire Sync Transmit Option for slave clocks: This option adds two-wire serial synchronization to digital clocks. Time data is transmitted over two wires ten times per second. The ST option transmits time data and is typically used in the master clock.

Any number of clocks incorporating serial wire sync may be attached to a master clock.
