BRG manufactures wireless synchronized clocks. The product lineup includes both analog clocks and long lasting LED digital
clocks. Radio controlled clocks and wireless clocks receive time updates from a powerful UHF radio time transmitter. The
transmitter clock receives time update from many sources including, Ethernet NTP (Network Time Protocol), GPS (military Global
Positioning System), SMPTE (motion picture and television protocol), IRIG-B (missile and space protocol), and USB connection to
a PC. Wireless clock systems can be equipped with wireless tone generator to sound alert tones. Every wireless master clock
includes a full function alarm schedule system. Windows control software is available at no extra charge. Wireless clock systems
may be used over a wide area for facility and/or campus wide
coverage. Wireless digital master clocks are extremely reliable. They are accurate to a few seconds per year without any outside
synchronization. With outside synchronization, they maintain absolute accuracy. All BRG digital clocks include long duration
battery backup to maintain accurate time in the event of a power outage. When the power returns, the clock will display accurate time,
even before
the next time transmission is received from the wireless master clock. The battery powered wireless analog clocks are
unaffected by power outages. Our product line includes both analog and digital hospital clocks. Universities typically use
our line of university clock systems. Primary schools typically use our line of wireless analog clock systems. GPS wireless clocks and
radio controlled clocks (also called atomic clocks) are extremely accurate. Manufacturing clocks and other facility clocks usually
use led digital clocks and wireless digital clocks.

The BRG Wireless Clock encoder is the heart of the system which offers wireless analog clocks,
wireless digital clocks, a PC and LAN clock synchronizer,
wireless alphanumeric LED display boards and a wireless synchronizer device to upgrade older wired clocks.
BRG Wireless Clock transmitters utilize the UHF radio paging bands and offers transmitter power able to

Q. How does the cost of a wireless clock system compare to a wired system?
A. A wireless clock system eliminates expensive sync wire. The installation of sync wire can often cost
more than the clock system. Additionally, a BRG Wireless clock system is the best value on the market. High volume
coupled with smart manufacturing techniques allows BRG to offer the best valued wireless clock system available anywhere.
Q. How does your wireless clock system compare with competing products?
A. BRG selected an optimum frequency range for transmission indoors. BRG transmitters use a full 5 watts,
while some competing systems use unlicensed, low power transmitters. Some competitors only offer an alarm scheduler
and control software as an expensive option. Every BRG Wireless master clock includes a full featured alarm scheduler and
alarm output. In addition, BRG digital secondary clocks may optionally incorporate alarm output.
While some competing products offer only GPS time receivers, BRG offers many other time receivers in addition to GPS,
including CDMA (cell towers), Ethernet (Network Time Protocol), PC serial connection, IRIG-B (missile and space),
SMPTE (motion picture and television protocol), Power Line time receivers, and more.
Q. I understand all clocks will display the same time, but will it be the correct time?
A. Whether the time sync receiver uses GPS, CDMA, or Ethernet; ultimately, the clock system will receive time from
the U.S. Atomic Time Standard. All clocks will display the same, correct time. Even though the system clocks
can operate accurately for long periods of time in stand alone mode, the master clock transmits time sync
data many times throughout the day. No more changing clocks manually between daylight saving and standard time!
Q. How long will the batteries last in the battery powered analog clocks?
A. While some competing companies use Alkaline batteries, we include premium Lithium batteries with our clocks.
The shelf life of Lithium batteries is approximately 10 years, with an operational life of about five years.
Of course, all BRG clocks are available in AC power configurations.
Q. I don't want to use batteries, do you have AC powered clocks?
A. BRG Wireless manufactures thousands of LED digital clock configurations that utilized AC power line. LED digital
clocks produce light so they can be seen at a greater distance than an analog clock of the same size. Also, the LED
display can be expected to last 20-30 years. Analog clocks can also be configured to run off of AC power as well.
Q. How easy is it to install a wireless clock system?
A. First, any wireless system is far easier than installing a wired clock system. But, while some
competitors will say it is extremely easy, the degree of difficulty is subjective and dependent
upon the specific system to be installed. Electricians or maintenance staff will have no problem
installing any part of the system. In fact, the battery powered analog system clock installation amounts
to simply hanging them on the wall. That's it! Some transmitter clock are just as easy to install, such as
those that incorporate cell tower time receivers or an Ethernet interface. GPS transmitter clocks require the time
receiver antenna to be mounted outdoors or in a window so that it has a "view of the sky". As soon as power
is applied to the master clock, it begins synchronizing the secondary clocks.
Installation Examples
Example 1: To install a transmitter clock that obtains time from the computer network and transmits to
battery powered, analog system clocks:
1. Hang the transmitter clock on the wall.
2. Plug the transmitter clock Ethernet cable into a network jack.
3. Plug the transmitter clock's power cord into an outlet.
4. Hang the battery power analog system clocks in the desired locations.
Example 2: To install a transmitter clock that obtains time from CDMA cell phone towers and transmits to
battery powered, analog system clocks:
1. Hang the transmitter clock on the wall.
2. Plug the transmitter clock's power cord into an outlet.
3. Hang the battery power analog system clocks in the desired locations.
Example 3: To install a transmitter clock that obtains time using GPS and transmits to
digital system clocks:
1. Hang the transmitter clock on the wall.
2. Place small GPS antenna on a window sill.
3. Plug the transmitter clock's power cord into an outlet.
3. Hang the digital system clocks and plug or wire into power.

For time critical installations, multiple low power transmitters may be
evenly deployed to provide overlapping coverage. Even if one transmitter is
out of service, clocks will continue to receive time sync transmissions. Transmitters can obtain the correct time using GPS, Ethernet NTP,
CDMA (cell towers), IRIG-B (missile & space) and other sources. Multiple-redundant sync transmitters may be used in large buidings or
across a campus. Low power transmitters may also be used to target areas that high power transmitters have difficulty penetrating.
Optional Tone Generator
Wireless or Direct Wired Tone Generator
A tone generator is available to send alert tones over a public address or intercom system. Both wireless and direct
wired versions are available. The transmitter
clock includes alarm output contacts that can be used to trigger the tone generator. This requires the tone generator
to be wired to the transmitter clock and to the paging system. The direct wired tone generator has one of fifteen available
tones. However, the wireless tone generator receives commands from the transmitter clock over radio transmissions, and only needs
to be connected to the paging system. The transmitter clock can select two of the fifteen available tones. A wide variety
tone durations and styles are available under program control.
Other wireless and direct wired alert devices are available including bells and electronic alert horns.

LED digital clocks are available as standalone clocks. Atomic clocks use the U.S. time source in Colorado. Time displays require
